Diana is a founder of the Spokane Tribe Resort & Casino. After growing up in Spokane, Diana has worked in Tribal Gaming for 22 years. Her favorite part of her career is seeing the joy in her VIP guest’s faces as they enjoy the events customized by the team. Part of what keeps the career rewarding is building ongoing relationships with the VIPs that will last for decades.
Ruby
SENIOR CASINO HOST
With over 30 years of experience in guest services—including more than 20 years in the casino and hospitality industry—Ruby brings a deep commitment to customer care, relationship-building, and operational excellence. Her career includes over a decade as a Casino Host at local casinos, along with multiple leadership roles focused on creating exceptional guest experiences.
Raised in a military family, Ruby had the opportunity to live in various countries and states, shaping her adaptability, cultural understanding, and appreciation for people from all walks of life. Since settling in Spokane in 1993, she has proudly called this community home and continues to dedicate herself to delivering memorable, personalized service.
PJ
SENIOR CASINO HOST
PJ has more than a decade of experience within the gaming industry. He comes from a large multicultural military family with a passion for music, culture and language. He enjoys interacting with individuals from all backgrounds and the diversity attracted by the excitement of the gaming industry. His favorite part of his work with Spokane Tribe Resort & Casino are the many opportunities for interpersonal growth and connection.

CASINO HOST
A proud Spokane Tribal member, born and raised on the Spokane Indian Reservation, Becca brings warmth, energy, and a deep sense of community to her role as a Casino Host. She is passionate about building authentic relationships and making every guest feel valued. Holding a B.A. in Communications with a background in business and leadership, Becca combines exceptional customer service with a fun, positive attitude. Whether greeting guests with her signature smile, assisting with promotions, or simply sharing a great conversation, she is dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences—one visit at a time!
