Hotel Policies

Check-In & Check-Out
  • Check-in time: 3:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
  • The primary guest must be at least 21 years old to reserve and check in.
  • All guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult over 21.
  • A valid government or state-issued photo ID is required at check-in for all guests.
  • The credit card holder must be present at check-in with valid ID.
  • A credit card hold of $50 per night is required at check-in for incidentals.
  • A deposit equal to the first night’s room rate plus tax is required at booking (except for prepaid non-refundable rates).
  • Third-party payment authorizations must be received 72 hours prior to arrival.
  • All rates are quoted in US dollars and are subject to applicable taxes and service charges.
  • Additional charges apply for extra persons or beds unless specified.
  • Final charges will be calculated at check-out, including all applicable taxes and fees.
  • Cancellations or modifications must be made at least 24 hours prior to the arrival date for a full deposit refund.
  • Rate changes may apply to modified reservations.
  • No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of arrival will forfeit the full deposit.
  • Early departure fees may apply.
  • Maximum occupancy: 4 guests per room
  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
  • Smoking policy: Hotel is 100% non-smoking, including vaping, e-cigarettes, marijuana, etc. A $250.00 fee will be applied for smoking violations.
  • Parking: Complimentary valet service available.
