Hotel Policies
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in time: 3:00 PM
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
Age & Identification Requirements
- The primary guest must be at least 21 years old to reserve and check in.
- All guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult over 21.
- A valid government or state-issued photo ID is required at check-in for all guests.
- The credit card holder must be present at check-in with valid ID.
Deposits & Payments
- A credit card hold of $50 per night is required at check-in for incidentals.
- A deposit equal to the first night’s room rate plus tax is required at booking (except for prepaid non-refundable rates).
- Third-party payment authorizations must be received 72 hours prior to arrival.
- All rates are quoted in US dollars and are subject to applicable taxes and service charges.
- Additional charges apply for extra persons or beds unless specified.
- Final charges will be calculated at check-out, including all applicable taxes and fees.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations or modifications must be made at least 24 hours prior to the arrival date for a full deposit refund.
- Rate changes may apply to modified reservations.
- No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of arrival will forfeit the full deposit.
- Early departure fees may apply.

- Maximum occupancy: 4 guests per room
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- Smoking policy: Hotel is 100% non-smoking, including vaping, e-cigarettes, marijuana, etc. A $250.00 fee will be applied for smoking violations.
