For your protection, Sun Club cards are non-transferable. We recommend each guest use their own account for accurate rewards.
How do I earn tier points?
You earn points based on the games you play:
- Slot Machines: 1 point for every $1 played.
- Electronic Table Games: 1 point for every $3 played.
- Live Table Games: Points earned based on average bet and time played.
What if I’m military or a first responder?
Thank you for your service! You’ll receive a Salute card upon signup. Tiers follow the same structure (Salute Blaze, Salute Inferno, etc.)
What are bonus points?
Inferno earns 1 bonus point per tier point (shown as 2X), and Eclipse earns 2 bonus points per tier point (shown as 3X). All points go into your point balance, which can be:
- Cashed out at the Cashier, or
- Converted to Free Slot Play at the machine.
Can I update my information?
Yes! Just bring your ID and we can update your address, phone, or email at the Player’s Club.
My card isn’t working at the machine. What do I do?
Try reinserting the card. If it still doesn’t work, we can reprint it or have a Slot Technician assist.
How do I get a Casino Host?
Casino Host service is advertised for Inferno and Eclipse tier players. If you qualify, a Casino Host may reach out to you directly. While not guaranteed, some players outside those tiers may receive host contact based on special offers or account activity.
