I don't know about the casino because we didn't come to gamble, but how anyone could rate the hotel less than 5 stars is beyond me. The hotel is just over a year old and is pristine. Our room was spotless. The pool and fitness areas are top notch. There are also meeting rooms for business guests. Also, tons of parking. We'll definitely be back here to use as a base for Spokane activities.

Excellent hotel. Rooms are very nice. Pool and spa is probably the best amongst casinos in Washington State. Very nice tribute to tribal members and culture throughout the property. Staff was excellent!

The rooms here are super comfortable. Nothing to complain about during my stay. Super clean and full of Native peoples art and decor. The restaurant was fantastic as well as the servers and staff. Awesome place to stay. Safe, secure, clean. That's all you need to know.

Age & Identification Requirements
- The primary guest must be at least 21 years old to reserve and check in.
- All guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult over 21.
- A valid government or state-issued photo ID is required at check-in for all guests.
- The credit card holder must be present at check-in with valid ID.
Deposits & Payments
- A credit card hold of $50 per night is required at check-in for incidentals.
- A deposit equal to the first night’s room rate plus tax is required at booking (except for prepaid non-refundable rates).
- Third-party payment authorizations must be received 72 hours prior to arrival.
- All rates are quoted in US dollars and are subject to applicable taxes and service charges.
- Additional charges apply for extra persons or beds unless specified.
- Final charges will be calculated at check-out, including all applicable taxes and fees.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations or modifications must be made at least 24 hours prior to the arrival date for a full deposit refund.
- Rate changes may apply to modified reservations.
- No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of arrival will forfeit the full deposit.
- Early departure fees may apply.
Pet Policy
- Only dogs are permitted at the Spokane Tribe Resort & Casino; no other pets are allowed.
- Limited pet-friendly rooms are available and require advance reservation.
- A non-refundable fee of $75 is applicable per stay. Guests with more than two dogs will be charged an additional $100 per day.
- Each room allows a maximum of two dogs, each weighing less than 50 pounds.
- A $250 nonrefundable cleaning fee will be charged to cover for excessive pet mess.
- Pets must be kenneled when left unattended.
- Housekeeping will not service room with unattended pets.
- Guests are responsible for properly disposing of all pet waste. Additional waste bags can be provided by our front desk staff.
- Pets are not allowed in designated areas such as restaurants, lounge, meeting room, fitness center, pool area and the Casino (excludes service animals).
- Service animals are welcomed in all areas of the hotel.
- Unauthorized pets in a non-pet friendly room will be charged a $250 service fee. This fee is non-refundable and non-negotiable.
- Spokane Tribe Resort & Casino reserves the right to request the removal of companion pets and/or service animals from the property if they disrupt other guests or display aggressive behavior towards guests or team members.
