All hotel room reservations have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any changes on packages or rates to your reservation must be done by 3:00pm 24 hours prior to your arrival date as your card will be charged the room rate plus taxes for the first night reserved. Credit card authorization for third party payments must be received by this time as well. If you need to modify or cancel your reservation you may do so by calling 877.786.9467, however, a modification can result in a rate change.
