Offer Details:
All Sun Club Members will earn one (1) drawing entry for every one hundred (100) same-day base points earned starting at 12AM on August 1, 2026, through 7:58PM on August 29, 2026. Guests may also receive one (1) free drawing entry daily by checking in at any promotional kiosk. Starting at 5PM on valid drawing days, two (2) winners will be randomly drawn every thirty (30) minutes to participate in the Heat Wave Wins Cash Drawing. Verified winners will drop three (3) balls onto the Heat Meter prize board, with the combined value of the three prize cups determining the cash prize awarded. Guests who successfully land one ball each in Cups #6, #7, and #8 will receive a special $500 bonus prize instead of the combined individual cup values. Players earn 2x drawing entries on valid Mondays and Fridays during the promotional period.

Implementation

• All eligible Sun Club Members may participate in the Heat Wave Wins Cash Drawing.
• Beginning at 12:00 AM on August 1, 2026, and ending at 7:58 PM on August 29, 2026, guests will earn one (1) drawing entry for every one hundred (100) same-day base points earned.
• Guests may also claim one (1) free drawing entry each day at any promotional kiosk. No purchase is required.
• On valid Mondays and Fridays, guests will receive double drawing entries, earning two (2) entries for every one hundred (100) same-day base points earned.
• Base points reset daily and do not carry forward to future dates.
• Guests may view earned entries by swiping their Sun Club Membership Card at any promotional kiosk under the Promotions section. A 4-digit PIN is required to access account information.
• All earned entries are automatically added to each participant’s digital drawing barrel throughout the promotional period.
• Entries must be activated before each drawing to become eligible.
• Activation begins 60 minutes prior to every scheduled drawing by:
  • Using a Sun Club Membership Card at any slot machine,
  • Having a Sun Club card rated at any live table game,
  • Or inserting a Sun Club card at any promotional kiosk.
• Guests who remain inactive for 60 consecutive minutes after activation must reactivate prior to the next drawing.
• The digital drawing barrel closes two (2) minutes prior to each scheduled drawing for processing.
• Every Saturday in August, beginning at 5:00 PM, two (2) winners will be randomly selected every thirty (30) minutes through the 8:00 PM drawing, for a total of fourteen (14) winners each drawing day.
• Winners will be announced over the casino PA system and displayed throughout the property.
• Winners have five (5) minutes from the initial announcement to report to the promotional table with their Sun Club Membership Card and valid government-issued photo ID.
• Winners who fail to report within the allotted time will be disqualified and another eligible winner will be drawn.
• Verified winners will participate in the Heat Meter Challenge by dropping three (3) balls onto the Heat Meter prize board.
• Each ball must land in a different prize cup. If multiple balls land in the same cup, duplicate balls will be re-dropped until each lands in a unique cup.
• The cash values from the three successful ball drops will be added together to determine the winner’s prize.
• Guests who successfully land balls in Cups #6, #7, and #8 will receive a special $500 bonus prize instead of the combined individual cup values.
• Marketing Promotion Staff will provide winners with a payout slip to redeem their prize at the Cage.
• Guests may win one (1) prize per drawing day but remain eligible to win again on future drawing dates.
• All participants must use their own Sun Club Membership Card. No substitutes or proxy participation is permitted.
• In the event of a dispute, the Manager on Duty, Marketing Manager, or higher authority will determine the outcome in accordance with applicable gaming regulations and approved promotional rules.
• By participating, guests consent to the use of their name, city, state, and photograph for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation.

If a guest successfully lands one ball each in Cup #6, Cup #7, and Cup #8, they will receive a $500 bonus prize instead of the combined value of those three individual cups.

General Rules

• All references to TGA refer to the Tribal Gaming Agency.
• All references to MOD refer to the Manager on Duty.
• Participants must present a valid Sun Club Membership Card, valid government-issued photo ID, and be physically present to claim prizes.
• It is the participant’s responsibility to properly activate drawing entries before each drawing.
• All questions regarding the promotion will be handled by the Marketing Department. Their decisions are final, subject to applicable gaming regulations.
• Drawings will be conducted according to procedures approved by the Tribal Gaming Agency and Spokane Tribal Gaming Commission.
• Spokane Tribe Resort & Casino reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion due to fraud, technical failures, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for other prizes unless otherwise determined by Spokane Tribe Resort & Casino.
• Winners receiving cash prizes totaling $600 or more may be required to complete applicable IRS tax documentation before payment is issued.
• Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with prizes received.
• Participants are responsible for hearing promotion announcements. Spokane Tribe Resort & Casino is not responsible for missed announcements due to PA system failure or other circumstances.
• Spokane Tribe Resort & Casino is not responsible for lost or stolen Sun Club cards, computer malfunctions, or other technical issues affecting participation.
• Employees of Spokane Tribe Resort & Casino, Mistequa Casino & Hotel, and individuals presenting a conflict of interest with the Marketing Department are prohibited from participating.
• Any participant found manipulating the player tracking system or fraudulently accumulating entries will be permanently disqualified.
• Violation of any promotional rule may result in disqualification.
• Any participant wishing to dispute a promotional ruling may submit a written petition to the Spokane Tribe Gaming Commission within thirty (30) days of the disputed decision.
• Management of Spokane Tribe Resort & Casino, the Tribal Gaming Agency, and the Spokane Tribal Gaming Commission reserve all rights concerning activities occurring on casino property.
