Promotion Registration: Open during promotional time frame

Drawing Registration: Activate drawing entries before every drawing, starting 60 minutes prior to each scheduled drawing. The first activation period begins at 4PM on valid drawing dates. Drawing barrel closes two (2) minutes prior to each drawing.

Criteria: Open to eligible Sun Club Members age 21 or older

Participants: Open to eligible Sun Club Members with qualified and activated drawing entries

Offer Details:
All eligible Sun Club Members will earn one (1) drawing entry for every one hundred (100) same-day base points earned starting at 12AM on September 1, 2026, through 7:58PM on September 26, 2026. Guests may also receive one (1) free drawing entry daily by checking in at any promotional kiosk. Players earn 2x drawing entries on qualifying Mondays and Fridays during the promotional period.

Starting at 5PM on valid drawing days, two (2) winners will be randomly drawn every thirty (30) minutes to participate in the Crowned in Cash Drawing. Each verified winner will select one (1) of seven (7) crowns displayed at the drawing table. The winner will lift their selected crown to reveal a cash prize package beneath it.

Cash prizes range from $200 to $3,000. One crown will be designated as the $3,000 King Crown and one as the $2,000 Queen Crown. The King and Queen Crowns may each only be awarded once per drawing day. Once either is claimed, that crown will be removed from play and replaced with a $600 Knight Crown for the remainder of that drawing day.

Implementation

• All eligible Sun Club Members age 21 or older may participate in the Crowned in Cash Drawing.

• Beginning at 12:00 AM on September 1, 2026, and ending at 7:58 PM on September 26, 2026, guests will earn one (1) drawing entry for every one hundred (100) same-day base points earned.

• Guests may also claim one (1) free drawing entry each day at any promotional kiosk. No purchase is required.

• On qualifying Mondays and Fridays, guests will receive double drawing entries, earning two (2) entries for every one hundred (100) same-day base points earned.

• Base points used to calculate drawing entries are based on same-day play and do not carry forward across calendar days.

• Gaming points used to calculate drawing entries are not deducted from the guest’s Sun Club point balance.

• There is no cap on the number of drawing entries a guest may earn.

• Guests may view earned entries by swiping their Sun Club Membership Card at any promotional kiosk under the Promotions section. A 4-digit PIN is required to access account information.

• All earned drawing entries are automatically added to each participant’s digital drawing barrel throughout the promotional period.

• Entries must be activated before each drawing to become eligible.

• Activation begins 60 minutes prior to each scheduled drawing by:

  • Inserting a Sun Club Membership Card at a gaming machine,

  • Having a Sun Club Membership Card swiped at a live table game,

  • Or inserting a Sun Club Membership Card at any promotional kiosk.

• Guests who remain inactive for 60 consecutive minutes or more after activation will become inactive and must reactivate before the next drawing’s digital barrel closes.

• The digital drawing barrel closes two (2) minutes prior to each scheduled drawing for processing. Entries cannot be added or activated after the barrel closes for that drawing.

• Every Saturday in September, beginning at 5:00 PM, two (2) winners will be randomly selected every thirty (30) minutes through the 8:00 PM drawing, for a total of fourteen (14) winners each drawing day.

• Winners will be announced over the casino PA system and displayed on property screens. Each announcement will be made a minimum of twice.

• Winners have five (5) minutes from the initial PA announcement to report to the promotional table with their Sun Club Membership Card and valid government-issued photo ID.

• The name on the winner’s photo ID must match the name associated with the Sun Club account.

• Winners who fail to report within the allotted time, cannot provide the required identification, are determined to be ineligible, or decline the prize will be disqualified and another eligible winner will be drawn.

• Verified winners will have the opportunity to select one (1) of seven (7) crowns displayed on the drawing table.

• Once a crown is selected, the winner will lift the crown to reveal a prize package containing their cash prize.

• Once a winner touches, lifts, or otherwise identifies a prize item, the selection is final. No exchanges or substitutions are permitted.

• One (1) crown will be designated as the King Crown, worth $3,000 cash.

• One (1) crown will be designated as the Queen Crown, worth $2,000 cash.

• The King and Queen Crowns may each only be claimed once per drawing day.

• Once the King or Queen Crown is selected and claimed, it will be removed from play for the remainder of that drawing day and replaced with a $600 Knight Crown.

• If the King Crown is claimed first, the Queen Crown will remain available until it is claimed or the drawing day concludes. The same applies to the King Crown if the Queen Crown is claimed first.

• After each winner completes their selection, the crowns and prize packages will be reset for the next winner, subject to any King or Queen Crown already claimed that drawing day.

• Marketing Promotion Staff will reveal and announce the prize amount and provide each winner with a payout slip.

• Cash prizes will be redeemed at the Cage.

• A winner may receive one (1) prize per drawing event and may be eligible to win again on future drawing dates.

• A disqualified winner will be removed from all remaining drawings for that drawing date. A replacement winner will be drawn from the same digital barrel and will receive a new five (5) minute claim period.

• New names will continue to be drawn until a valid winner presents and claims the prize.

• In the event of an Everi Power Kiosk System failure that prevents the digital drawing from being completed, remaining drawings for that night will be conducted as Hot Seat drawings through the CMP player tracking system.

• During a Hot Seat drawing, winners will be randomly selected from eligible Sun Club Members actively inserted and playing at gaming machines on the casino floor at the time of the drawing.

King & Queen Crowns

The King Crown is worth $3,000 cash and the Queen Crown is worth $2,000 cash.

Each may only be claimed once per drawing day. Once the King or Queen Crown is selected and claimed, it will be removed from play for the remainder of that drawing day and replaced with a $600 Knight Crown.

The other premium crown will remain in play until it is claimed or the drawing day concludes.

General Rules

• All references to STRC refer to Spokane Tribe Resort & Casino.

• All references to TGA refer to the Tribal Gaming Agency.

• All references to MOD refer to the Manager on Duty.

• Participants must be 21 years of age or older and current, active Sun Club Members with a valid Sun Club Membership Card.

• Participants must present a valid Sun Club Membership Card, valid government-issued photo ID, and be physically present on property to claim prizes.

• The name on the participant’s valid government-issued photo ID must match the name associated with their Sun Club account.

• Membership in the Sun Club is free and requires no purchase or play.

• One (1) free drawing entry is available daily at promotional kiosks throughout the earn period. No purchase is necessary to receive the free entry.

• It is the participant’s responsibility to properly activate or reactivate drawing entries before each drawing.

• All questions regarding the promotion will be handled by the Marketing Department. Their decisions are final, subject to applicable gaming regulations.

• Drawings will be conducted according to standard operating procedures approved by the Tribal Gaming Agency and/or Spokane Tribal Gaming Commission.

• Prizes may not be traded or transferred. Prize substitutions are not permitted except where expressly provided by the promotional rules or otherwise authorized by Spokane Tribe Resort & Casino.

• Winners receiving a cash prize of $600 or more will be required to present acceptable photo identification, provide a Social Security number, and complete an IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded.

• Failure to provide required identification or complete required IRS documentation may result in forfeiture of the prize.

• Participants acknowledge that prizes may be subject to applicable federal tax withholding requirements.

• Spokane Tribe Resort & Casino will report winnings of more than $600 in cash or fair market value during a calendar year to the IRS, and applicable winners will receive an IRS Form 1099.

• Winners are responsible for applicable expenses, taxes, and fees associated with prizes.

• Participants are responsible for hearing promotion announcements. Spokane Tribe Resort & Casino is not responsible for a participant’s failure to hear or respond to an announcement.

• In the event of a PA system failure, the drawing may continue and the selected participant’s name may be announced without amplification at the drawing location.

• Spokane Tribe Resort & Casino is not responsible for lost or stolen entries, computer malfunctions, long lines, or other incidents that result in a participant’s inability to enter or participate in a drawing.

• Spokane Tribe Resort & Casino employees, management, and other persons prohibited under the approved promotional rules are not eligible to participate.

• Individuals appearing on the Spokane Tribe Resort & Casino self-exclusion list, facility exclusion list, or Washington State exclusion list are prohibited from participating.

• Employees of Spokane Tribe Resort & Casino and Mistequa Casino Hotel are prohibited from participating in casino promotions.

• Relatives, spouses, partners, significant others, or other individuals who may present a conflict of interest with an STRC team member involved in the conceptualization, design, approval, implementation, or administration of the promotion are prohibited from participating.

• Violation of any promotional rule may result in disqualification.

• Any participant wishing to dispute a promotional ruling may submit a written petition for relief to the Spokane Tribe Resort & Casino Gaming Commission within thirty (30) days of the disputed decision or ruling.

• Casino management and staff reserve the right to cancel or change promotional events with proper notification to the public.

• Management of Spokane Tribe Resort & Casino, the Tribal Gaming Agency, and the Spokane Tribal Gaming Commission reserve all other rights concerning activities occurring on STRC property.
