No purchase is necessary to participate in the promotion. A purchase or payment of any kind will not gain entries into the drawing. STRC will never ask for personal information such as Credit Card information or SSN.
Participating in STRC’s social media giveaway means the participant is fully eligible and has agreed to abide by the giveaway ruleset. STRC has the right to refuse any entrant who fails to follow any of the rules or has not met the eligibility requirements.
STRC’s promotional giveaways are not affiliated with or sponsored by Meta, including Facebook and Instagram. It’s important to note that these giveaways are fully sponsored by Spokane Tribe Resort and Casino and the brands associated with them, ensuring transparency and clarity.
Promo Details
- Anyone twenty-one (21) years of age or older is eligible to participate in social media promotions.
- Participants must comment on the post, like the post, and follow our social media page to receive an entry. The entries will enter them into the social media giveaway to win one of the giveaway prizes listed below.
- Winners will be announced and drawn depending on the social media post. The number of winners will depend on the number of prizes available. Winners must respond to the social media page within 2 days of the drawing, or the prize will be forfeited. If the winners respond they have until the event or 30 days after their initial response.
- Entries are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are valid only at the scheduled drawing times. Limit one prize per participant/winner.
- Participants agree to the use of his or her name, city, state, and photograph for advertising and promotional purposes without charge or additional compensation.
- Management reserves all rights to change or end a promotion/drawing at any time for any reason. Disputes will be managed by the Marketing Director or CSM
